|
Application: food factories deliver hot water, steam, and weak acid and alkali cleaning agents. Liquid food, fruit wine, milk, beer, drinking water, soda water and so on. It can be cleaned at 165 degree steam for 20 minutes and steam in 150 centigrade for a long time.
Structure: inner layer of hose: white high temperature resistant, smooth food grade EPDM
synthetic rubber.
Reinforced layer: high strength synthetic fiber braid layer.
Hose protection layer: white or blue high temperature resistant / anti-aging food grade EPDM synthetic rubber. (1) above is cloth, 1 "inside is smooth."
Suitable temperature: -40 to 165 C
Working pressure: 150psi, safety factor: 4 times.
Applicable standards and certification: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600
